About GFS Flooring Supply

Most flooring retailers fall into one of two categories: a big-box store where you're one of a thousand transactions a week, or an online catalog where nobody has actually walked the room you're trying to floor. GFS Flooring Supply is neither. We're a Mundelein showroom, owned and run locally, built around the idea that buying flooring should feel like working with people who know your name and your project.

When you visit our showroom, you're not browsing alone. Edson and Mary Ann walk you through real samples, talk through how each material holds up in your specific space, and help you narrow a wall of options down to the handful that actually make sense — including previewing how a floor will look in your own home through our Roomvo visualizer.

What sets us apart isn't the showroom, though — it's what happens after you buy. Our installation team is in-house, not subcontracted out to whoever's available that week. Our in-house installation crew installs every floor the same way they'd install their own, and if something comes up, you're calling the people who did the work, not a call center.
